Do I have to pay the entire camp fee or can I just pay the $50.00 deposit when I register online?
The deposit ($50.00) is part of the total camp cost and is due immediately in order to reserve a spot in a week of camp. The remaining balance is due July 1st, 2023, but you may pay it earlier if you wish. Or if you sign up for our payment plan – payments of remaining balance will be debited from your account on the payment dates.

If I register online, do I have to use a credit card?
No. You can also use a debit card or checking account. Cash is not accepted.

What kind of credit cards does the online registration accept?
Online registration accepts any Visa or Mastercard credit card or debit card.

What is the medical form?
The medical form is required in order to attend camp. Please assure your camper has all correct information on their medical form.

What do I do if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your registration, please email Deposits are refundable up to thirty (30) days after enrollment, with no exceptions. A refund of the remaining camp balance will be given if cancellation is prior to June 1, 2023. If cancellation is after the date of June 1, 2023, the camp balance will be transferred to the following year of 2023.

What is the sibling discount?
The sibling discount is $50.00 and will be deducted from your camp total automatically. You will see it deducted at checkout.

What is the optional Camp Store credit?
During camp we will open our camp store. This credit will allow your child to purchase food/drink items during camp. This credit will help your child not have to deal with cash all week.

Why do I have the option to add a camp t-shirt?
Every year we have a themed camp shirt. This year it’s totally optional if you would like to purchase one for your camper.
